Sky Deck at Delta Sky Club Austin, TX
Delta Sky Club at Austin-Bergstorm International Airport. Austin, TX. Project Completed in 2018.
The new 9,000-SF Delta SkyClub space is located on the third level above the boarding area and includes a 905-SF outdoor patio. Scope of electrical design include power distribution and architectural lighting design with sold state LED fixtures and state of the art lighting control system. Low voltage system design included structured cabling, WIFI, Distributed Antenna system. Role: Electrical Engineer of Record.
Westin Hotel
Westin Hotel Renovation. Chattanooga, TN. Project Completed in 2012.
The scope of this project included the renovation and repurposing of the 10-story, Class "A" office building formerly occupied by blue cross blue shield into a modern hotel building in downtown Chattanooga. 801 Pine Street also known as The Gold Building, is 177,020 square feet with 317 underground parking space. The original building was built in 1971. The scope included complete re-deign of engineering systems suitable for hospitality market. Role: Electrical Engineer
Hollywood International Airport
Delta SkyClub. Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Project Currently Under Construction.
The new 9,000-SF Delta SkyClub space is located on the 3rd level and includes the SkyClub entrance and check-in kiosks while the ramp level includes the commercial kitchen and food service which service the club, and the mezzanine level includes restrooms, lounge areas, warming kitchen and bar area. Engineering systems were modified accordingly to accommodate the new hospitality space including kitchen and lounge areas. Role: Electrical Engineer of Record
