Higher Education Projects
Georgia State University
Georgia State University 55 Park Place 11th Floor. Atlanta, GA. Project Completed in 2019.
Recently purchased by Georgia State University, 55 Park Place consisted of approximately 530,000 gross square feet of existing office space spanning 19 floors. After purchase, this building will be part of the higher education portfolio of the university buildings. Floors 11-19 were allocated to the Robinson College of Business (RCB). This project included interior and engineering renovation of approximately 35,000 square foot eleventh floor for RCB. This project followed the recent renovation of the twelfth floor for RCB known as the Delta Student Success Center. The eleventh floor houses classrooms, an accounting lab, break-out rooms, student study areas, offices for Graduate Recruiting and Student Services, a virtual classroom and offices for RCB Technology Services. Glenn & Towers Residence Halls Connector
Glenn & Towers Residence Halls Renovation Georgia Tech. Atlanta, GA. Project Completed in 2014.
Comprehensive renovation of residence hall and full engineering services, updating the buildings engineering systems including electrical, plumbing, fire protection and HVAC systems as well as providing design services for the renovation of student areas that included all restrooms, lounges, kitchens, laundry facilities, and residential units. The renovation also included the addition of program space between the existing buildings, which now include exercise, meeting, study and lobby spaces. The project is certified LEED Gold. Role: Electrical Engineer
Georgia State University College of Law
Humanities & Law Building Georgia State University. Atlanta, GA. Project Completed in 2015.
New and innovative building that conceives of the library as the social heart of the school, a center of intellectual activity and research, and an experimental learning environment for emerging innovative pedagogy. Working closely with College of Law faculty and administrators, the project’s primary objectives were to advance higher education learning, create a close sense of community for students, faculty and staff, and leverage opportunities inherent to its dynamic urban context. The project is certified LEED Gold. Role: Electrical Engineer
